log rotate creates /var/log/p0f

The log rotation process creates an unused file (/var/log/p0f).

This is not created by the log rotate function. /var/log/p0f is there after a fresh install.

The p0f rpm itself creates this file in its postinstal scriptlet. Do we want to actually delete it or let it be in case someone wants to run p0f a bit differently on the honeywall?

ChangeSet? [67] ensures the roo-base does not create /var/log/p0f when cleaning logs from the command line.
ChangeSet? [68] removes /var/log/p0f if it exists on install or upgrade of hflow-config-hw.
ChangeSet? [69] ensures that walleye does not create /var/log/p0f when cleaning logs from the web UI.
New rpms: walleye-1.2.11, roo-base-5-35, hflow-config-hw-1.0-4.
